I was a little concerned there....what if the bat broke and then he continued his weight downward onto the jagged edge of the broken bat? Poundstone skewer anyone?

If you boil the chicken it has virtually no taste at all once blended.

Its not the poundstone shake.. lol.. Its the vomit shake, to anyone who has ever vomited chicken obviously this is very similiar it isnt easy to swallow either.
a good whole foods protein shake would be Chunk white blended with Orange juice.
