Well first show is done. I managed to take the heavies and the overall. It was a pretty big show. There were a little over 70 competitors there and my class had 9. 4 other guys had done a National show before in the heavies. It was a good class. I weighed in at 210 and definately could of been a bit tighter and drier but we really didn't want to push anything at this show. I got tons of positive feedback from people and the judges. Even John Kemper (NJ chairman, NPC and IFBB judge) said if I come in darker and tighten my glutes I'll do VERY WELL in Vegas. So it's back to the diet. We go to Pittsburgh this weekend so my wife can compete at Masters Nats. Then next wed off to VEGAS! Thanks for the support everyone.

There are a couple of dudes on this board, well tons really, that have national level and pro caliber physiques. I remember your pics last year and I think they were taken outside and I remember saying to myself "this dude looks pro". Some people just have it...its that simple. D....big congrats dude.
