didnt leave it

I am waiting on a AMP and it came today but they didnt leave it in my box. I did get a slip saying they would try and re deliver tomorrow the same slip that is used for ceritfide mail but non of the boxes were checked.

why wouldnt they just leave it in the box?

didnt say that just sayed I could pick up and the post office or they will re deliver. maybe the box was to big for the mail box but they have left things on the front step before

"Customer Service" is not a strong point of the US Mail. They seem to do whatever they want. Sometimes it works out, most of the time they just seem to go out of their way to make it harder for you.

I am going to try and pick it up at the post office in the mornning because I cant be home tomorrow and I dont want them to send it back.

cant I just check the box that says leave it and sign the slip and leave it in the mail box?

What Ive done before when I didnt want to sign
is just sign the slip and write a note that says something
like
Had to run into town, be rite Back.
Fed-ex or ups please just leave mail on the front porch.

They always leave it no problems.

Too big for your box. I've signed the paper and checked the box to leave it on porch and had no problems before.

Maybe it's insured and they don't want to pay for it if it get stolen... When you tell them to leave it, then it's your problem. Cjay

exactly what i do, since i work teh midnight shift i sleep during the day and cant here a lil door knocker. i tape a note like that on the door and its left there

those cock suckers I signed my name and checked the box that says leave at my addy. I even added a note saying to leave it on the front porch and they took the slip and still didnt leave the package.

I mean, all the other bros here said that they will just leave it if you leave a note stating to do so.
