Arnold you to say there is no such thing as overtraining, just under eating and under sleeping!
In other words, you need good nutrition and proper rest.
Well that's another way to look at it, I do eat well and I get proper rest, I guess that's how I've been able to make pretty good gains even while overtraining. And of course the AAS help a lot.
