I am 6' even and about 230lbs. Right at 13% BF.
Goal is to get bigger and stronger.
Meals......
1: 6 whole eggs, 1 cup oats, 3 fish oil caps (1g each)
2: 75g whey, 2 tbsp npb, 3 fish oil caps (1g each)
3: 8oz salmon, 1 medium baked potato, 1 cup greens, 3 fish oil caps (1g each)
4: same as 2
5: same as 3
6: 6 whole eggs
1 gallon of water with 10tbsp lba's sipped throughout day
