this is the diet i did and it was set up by Larry Opiela, some may know him some dont' but he was a national level bodybuilder in the late 70's-early 80's...he was also the original He-Man charchter...He-Man was drawn to likeness....but this was it.....
sat...6 meals...
meal 1..6egg whites ..with salsa...
meal 2..protein shake...prov 60
meal 3..8oz turkey..with..1/2 cup cottage cheese
meal 4..same as #2
meal 5..protien shake..prov 60
meal 6..same as #2
i did the same on sunday....
monday tuesday card deplete days...i ate six meals 8oz turkey breast and 2tbs salsa every meal.....totals were 240gs protein....and 20gcarbs...
i also drank a gallon of water each day
starting wedensday morning at noon....i cut out all water...and ate shreded mini wheat...non frosted no sodium...and rice cakes with polanders all natural jam....i also ate air popped popcorn...this might not be right bu i was dry and ripped.....i dont have anypics from the show as the camera was messed up but here is one of me..from about 1 yr before....i bulked up some and then dieted back down so i was about the same conditon just a little bigger do to some good supplements....
