What is everybody using to set up their diets? I use The automatic meal planner - Eat This Much but it honestly isn't that great and I'm looking to try something different.
Fitness pal is one of the best apps you can set the percentage for your Marco's. Use the barcode scanner to scan all your food or enter in your own recipes. Helps you track daily consumption and provides more motivation to do so.
This, except I have Excel calculate it for me. And now I use Numbers, which is Apple's spreadsheet software, but same thing. No reason for anything complicated and this works great!
Doing this 10+ years, its all in my head...write down a diet on paper which meets my goals put it on the fridge (these days keeping it ųn my smart phone lol) and following it to the dot
