I was just sitting here reading dorian yates book, then seeing people talk about keto diets etc. I just wondering how you guys set up your diets. Figure it would be a good discussion.
haha, well..i guess i shoulda been more specific, i think protein should be the highest when precontest.
According to that vegan dude on youtube who is against protein, marathon runners dont need any protein
Mass- I believe protein should be highest macro nutrient when precontest, unless maybe you carb cycle, in which case a high day you could lower protein intake. But then again, I am not very experienced, and this is just my personal preference, its all different for everyone, but I am with you, I would like to hear what some people prefer to do precontest overall. For offseason, I think any of those ratios would work. I like more carbs offseason, but then again I know many who dont like carbs and grow well with a bit higher fat and pretty moderate carbs. Its all individual
