so im taking a week off and im wondering how bad it would be to satisfy some cravings? i did come off of my usual diet a bit, made a beef stew last night, and am making chili tonight for dinner but damnit im craving some mcdonalds, kraft mac and cheese, tacobell, pizza, PASTA, and a bunch of other stuff. would it be that bad to indulge until i resume training on friday?
