Hey everyone, I am brand new to ProfessionalMuscle and this is my first post. I have been lifting seriously for about 10 months and have gone from 162 lbs at 8% to 221 lbs at 13-14%. I am 21 years old and am doing all of this naturally, besides protein powder. I want to diet down to about 5% or so just to see what I've got under there. This is the diet plan my lifting partner and I came up with. I would like to hear your thoughts, comments and suggestions. I will also be posting some pics soon. Thank you.

Meal #1

2 Scoops Whey Protein Protein: 81.25g
1/2 Cup Non-Fat Cott. Cheese Carb: 81g
1 Tbl. Flax/Sunflwr Oil Fat: 22g
Blueberries 1/2 Cup
1 Cup Oatmeal





2 Eggs Protein:39g
1 Scoop Whey CArb:39g
2/3 Cup Basmati Rice Fat: 10.3g





2 Eggs Protein:39g
1 Scoop Whey Carb:6g

WORKOUT


2 Scoops Whey Protein:54g
2 Scoops Dextrose CArb: 68g

5 oz. Chik Breast Protein:47g

totals ~2800cal. Protein: 329g

The food choices look fine. The thing is you need to see how you do on it. See if the cals are right and carbs and adjust it as you need. We can not give you a difinitive answer because we do not know how you respond to this many cals and carbs. Dieting is a personal thing and all we can do is give you a basic outline and you will have to perfect it.
Training only 10 months i would hold were you are and continue to put on size though,thats just me though.

You have 2 Scoops Whey Protein Protein listed 3 times. Each with a diff. protein gram amount. 81.25 ???? 69 and 54 grams. Are these diff brands of powder? Why are youd rinking all your protein instead of getting it from whole foods?

Sorry, this looks confusing. the format got mixed up when I pasted it from a word document. The grams of protein listed are for the entire meal, not just the whey powder. For example, the 81 grams of protein in the first meal includes the protein from cottage cheese,oatmeal, etc. in addition to the powder-the numbers just ran together. Any thoughts on the number of whole-food meals I get my protein from vs. the number of meals where I get it from powder? Thanks
