Hey everyone, I am brand new to ProfessionalMuscle and this is my first post. I have been lifting seriously for about 10 months and have gone from 162 lbs at 8% to 221 lbs at 13-14%. I am 21 years old and am doing all of this naturally, besides protein powder. I want to diet down to about 5% or so just to see what I've got under there. This is the diet plan my lifting partner and I came up with. I would like to hear your thoughts, comments and suggestions. I will also be posting some pics soon. Thank you.
