Thanks to xcelbeyond, I have a good starting point for my diet. I think the hardest part (for me) of "leaning down" won't be the drop in body weight, but the drop in the weights I throw around. I have searched several boards to find an answer, but it seems to be split 50/50. So....would including halo's (stenox) help with keeping my strength level up and add some aggression when attacking the weights? I really don't want to get into ED injects with fina.
