Ok, some of you might know that I have severe ADD which makes it hard for me to concentrate on shit too long. Shit, of course that I am not interested in.hehehe I have been dieting for last 3 months now and down over 50lbs and then I had a moment of clarity the other day. Since dieting is sooo tough and for me when I start to lose weight I get off track and start eating more and more. Well I decided to cut my cutting season down by a month and only doing 3 more weeks of INTENSE DIETING!! For me I can be 100% better at dieting for short periods than longer ones and I don't do anything HALFWAY!!LOL So I have eliminated cheat days and just doing 50-100grams carbs, 600grams Protein and 100grams of fat for 4 days then 1 day of carbing up. I am around 5% and like 262 today so I am hoping w/ the EXTREME diet and EXTREME fat burners(HEHHE) I will be in the 3% range at round 255 then I am getting soooo fat it ain't gonna be funny.hehehe Just kidding guys I still will be reasonable in offseason and gonna start(FIRST TIME IN OFFSEASON) doing cardio in morn everyday. I am sure I will see some of you at upcoming shows and will be in New Orleans in Nov.
