Wow, dips are one excercise that get little attention. I used to strap a 150lbs dumbell around my waist and knock out 3 sets of 10 reps withouth breaking a sweat. Of course, I have 37" arms and for whatever reason, mechanically, dips are very,very easy for me. With just my bodyweight I would say at least 100. Now flat and incline bench are totally different for me. It took me forever just to get 385 up on flat for a max. All about leverage I guess. Incline bench women routinely do more than I can!
