DNP allergies

Can anyone describe the symptoms?

i'm on day 4 of 200mg/d and i'm sneezing, eyes moderatly teary and i just started getting itchy but no rash... i'm not overly hot, but very noticeable

that sounds about right. plain ol' benadryl should clear it up tho.

I had an allergic reaction about 4 days after coming off of it , it reminded me of poison oak at first with the hives etc very itchy mine got so bad I ended up at the hospital , but yes start taking benadryl and also zantac

hang in their your almost done.., I hear taurine and a cap full of glycerol help..

ok cool... glad i'm getting some good input

I was running late an could only hit the CVS near my work... they had Claritin non-drowsy... they didnt have any non-drowsy benadryl... i do not want to take any more uppers/caffeine cuz i already take in quite a bit between ECA (before the DNP) and my sugar free redbulls.....

is benadryl that much better ???

oh, i'll up my taurine dosage starting tomorrow morning.. thx!!

benedryl is a anti-hitamine and stops the symptoms you described eariler.

On the DNP? Now your gonna kill us in the UG contest!
Benadryl worked for me. I braved it a couple years ago before a fashion show. Dropped the fat, but damn I hated that stuff. Still to fat for pics next week. We'll see if a tan helps

i was fine with everything but my damn love handles... they're halfway gone and i did 5 days of DNP... they havent changed in 3 weeks of regular diet/cardio

i'm going to stop on wed THANK GOD

i'm sweating up a storm over here
