Coffee? ECA stack? Red bull / sugar free energy drinks? I kind of alternate between the 3 I only get high blood pressure if I eat too much sodium/caffeine. I'm trying to figure out an alternative. Tonight I'm making a huge picture of green Tea to sip on all day tomorrow, I think its a healthier drink then the above, what do you guys do if any thing at all?

u mean a pitcher of green tea?

as for myself, various fat burners help as well as acetyl-l-carnitine
 
When dieting I always take a eca cap in the morning and another around 5hrs later before a workout

When bulking I usually just ride the morning out but still take a 200mg caffine and or NO2 supplement before training.

Coffee is a staple for me in the morning; drinking it now.
 
ALR I "Venom Hyperdrive" or Ergopharm "AMP" in the morning. Prefer the former though.
 
red bull or coffee or both, otherwise I'm a zombie till 10am :)
 
a good stiff black coffee for me… or a round of lo to medium intensity cardio does wonders too (if I can haul my ass onto the bike)

Whoa....

I just got some Alr industry's "Venom". That stuff keeps me amped up all day. I take my cap at like 5am then hit the gym, real intense workouts.

Provigil.....wonderful stuff. No speed like side effects, just wakes me up and lasts about 10 hours for me. No crash either.
 
Eola Drops

I always have a bottle or 2 of Eola drops lying around (ephedra drops)....I put a squirt or 2 in the OJ in the am and then as needed in whatever else throughout the day...I'm taking the synthetek B-12 though and get great natural energy from that!!

Nothing that I've seen so far. I've been taking it for about a year now. I take 200mgs about 20 minutes after waking with a whey shake. You can feel it when you first start taking it. Not really speed like, but i could feel a slight buzz from it the first few weeks. I also don't take it everyday, usually only on training days. I feel it works better if i don't take it everyday. No insomnia either.

The literature I've read and most of the feedback is positive. A slight headache seems to be the most common side effect. As far as long term studies, I had a hard time finding anything.

always take a scoop of a NO2 booster, more expensive than a simple coffe but worth it imo
 
:p egg whites, multi vitamin, and oatmeal followed by a 2 hour nap :) im a student collecting unemployment ... and I take all my classes one day a week ... i dont need to wake up
 
Sex always gets the heart going:D :D
 
Small cup of Joe and 1 cap of eca is the best I've tried.
