I know to get huge you have to eat huge. but i have a problem with not staying in shape. i hate to see the abs go.Does anyone here know what im saying? If so do you have any advice for someone who is afraid of bulking up i guess
well it seems at least for me it is a bitch to gain muscle under 10% body fat . It seems like between10-15 % is where I make the best gains. I personaly dont like to go over a 34 in waist, but thats me. I have a hard enough time finding clothes.
Crackerjack, I used to have the same dilemma, i hated seein the abs disapear because i knew it was a long road to getting them back...But later on i was told to up my test to a gram, things were different then. I grew ALOT, but didnt put on any fat at all, i actually dropped bodyfat. Seems like the person who recommended that to me said that test seemed thermogenic at higher doses... I have no facts to base what i was told, but it did work for me...and by no means do i mean for you to try a gram of test a week, its just what worked for me.
