I'm 47 and been on HRT fir two years never done a cycle and my test was at a 95, just felt like crap but feel like a new man ever since I started got on here to learn and have learned a lot from you guys just reading but I'm about to do my second cycle for cut before I go on vacation his summer and really feel like I have the right knowledge to keep from hurting myself, long story short just a thank you.

Same thing happened to me when I went through pct. However I recovered well. Months after I stopped my natural test levels went back to where they were before I started in the 690s. I'm sure eventually that won't be the case.

Some people just don't weigh the risk and reward. They don't care and there is nothing you can do to change that. They have to learn the hard way. I learned the hard way a lot in life. Maybe not with aas but with a lot of other things in life. No matter how many people tried to guide me I didn't learn until I faced the consequences. Before I started my first cycle I spent countless hours reading about it and then asked questions as well. 10 years ago I probably wouldn't have done that. If he is a friend I would certainly try to guide him but just don't feel guilty or upset when he doesn't listen. At least you can say that you tried and I told you so. And yes some of the questions that get asked here do bother me a bit. Not because they are asking for help but because the question they are asking is either common sense or easily found by doing a bit of research. Not one of us here was born with ultimate knowledge on the subject and some of the questions come with multiple answers so somebody's personal experience is helpful but come on, do some foot work and listen to the more experienced.

Forums have been great for steering people in the right direction for the most part, but they have also created silly "rules" that you HAVE to follow, which is complete bullshit. Like you HAVE to do 500mg test e first cycle, HAVE to do nolvadex/clomid exactly 14 days post injection, etc. Absolutely no tren first cycle. Only oral to consider first cycle is dbol, etc. So many silly rules. Everyone is different and if they have enough knowledge, can do what they think it right for THEM.

I agree with your statement, i would only hope that those who helped build these "rules", supported these rules and still preach them do it out of concern for the person trying to get in the game. Not everyone has the same opinion on what a first cycle should look like, but I would venture to bet if you said 4 weeks of dbol, 10-12 weeks of test 500, 2 more weeks of nova/clomid... most wouldnt be too concerned.

Majority of people who take steroids do not know what there doing. Its a quick solution. I want muscles, take steroids. That's what it comes down to. People who don't even look like there on are usually on.

Imo I would let him know. Maybe not tell him what to do out right. But find a good article on the risks exp at his age a d then just say. "I'm not gonna tell you what to do with your body. It seems like you already made up your mind. But I am asking you to just read this." No matter what people will do what ever they want. We should try to tell them hkw to live there life. As we wouldn't listen to the same people telling us how to live ours. But we can and should always inform
