I have read that eating greens first will slow down the digestion of protein due to where they are broke down in the digestive process.
So I have found that if I eat my carbs about 5-10 min before I eat my meat i don't get any carb cravings after the meal , but if I eat my meat first then my carbs I seem to want to keep eating the carbs and not feel satisfied.
Does eating your meal at slightly differant times matter at all as far as the way the body absorbes the proteins and carbs?? , I eat my fats from the meat or with the meat if its a very lean meat like boiled chicken
