Does your carb count hinder you at your job?

Man I tell you guys, I love bodybuilding but when show prepping the hardest part for me is trying to avoid borderline retardation at work that last month. I may have to adjust my carbs on work days or do something so I dont get in trouble. Does anyone else ever have this problem?
 
I just try to be a retarded asshole year round. People can never guess when I'm dieting.
 
I felt a bit out of it my last week out...ditzy, and was forgetting stuff....It was tough presenting a new home contract, good thing I know everything I need to go over quite well...but still felt the low carbs effect at times.
 
it is pretty tough , I forget shit constantly , things like going to piss !! , I left the shop to go to another part of the building to work on a compressor , got half way their and said to my self "I better go back and pee before I get over their and get started" went all the way back to the shop 400-500yds and forgot what the hell I went back for.

Its very hard to stay focused , it takes me about twice as long to do a pump alignment now as it did 6 months ago.

I noticed that I'm a bit more "pissy" with most people so like Lenny I just stayed very short and to the point trying to minimize the contact. I'm not the most social person to begin with

just overdose on caffeine and ephedrine... you'll still be retarded, but you'll do a retarded job faster.

Last year it was HORRIBLE for me...keto diet and wanted to kill everyone...lol! forgot things, had a blank stare at the computer screen for most of the day since i kept forgetting what i was about to do, general crabby attitude, crazy tired (almost falling asleep on the stairmill), definitely not a fun situation, had a "talk" with my boss, etc . This year, carbs in my diet daily (3/4 cup total ezekial in the AM) and this prep could NOT have gone better...I was on point about 2 weeks ago and now it's smooth sailing into the competition! EVERYONE has seen the change in me this year and definitely appreciates the carbs in my diet as do I! lol!

So true! at least when you screw up the first couple of times, you've done it so fast that there's still time for one more try to get it right ;)
