Hey guys I have read some post about Slin and using it for fat loss. I am going to try this method for loosing bodyfat quickly and I just want to make sure that I am doing this correctly as this is my first time using Insulin for getting into Ketosis. I have done many AAS cycles, even DNP, but never insulin. So here is how I was going to use it to get into Keto quickly as possible...
Take 3IU first thing in the morning, then 3IU after 4 to 5hours. Should I be in Keto by the end of the day?
Basically I am going to run no carb all week, glycogen load over Sunday, then monday hopefully be back into ketosis.
Also using Test 500mg weekly, T3 25 to 50mcg daily.
Might possilby alter this at week 7 and add one day (thurs) to carb load the middle of the week, then friday using slin to get back into Keto, take 3 more days and rotate the cycle.
Anything u guys suggest to do to loose the bf and hold onto muscle?
Obviously weight train 5 days a week and cardio 6 days weekly.
