As long as you keep it capped, and swipe with alcohol before/after using, I don't see a problem with it..
Can the needles you use to draw out of vials be re-used if properly maintained? Say if you wiped with alcohol and then ran alcohol through it after use...?
Seriously, what is with you people wanting to reuse needles (for drawing only or not). A package of 100 18 ga. needles only costs $10.50, for gods sake just buy the damn things, shit, I spend more than that at Starbucks every two days buying coffee!
^^
This! I mean WTF. HOw much stupid shit do we spend short money like that on. Something as vital as assuring a sterile injection has got to be worth it.

For me theres two good reasons not to reuse a pin first one is infection , second they dull very easily , and make pinning after the first use uncomfortable , just my 2cents.
I think he means drawing the liquid out and then swapping a new pin onto the hub. I re-use the same pin ONLY to draw out the oil and then switch to a brand new one for poking myself. I also swab the stopper on the vial and the pin each time. Just my own thing.
I'm a firm believer in not reusing pins regardless, they are too cheap to buy.
