I know we have always talked about pre and post workout drinks and shakes. But what do some of you guys like to drink during a workout? For me I am not a big water drinker so I'll sip on some. But I want something a bit more on the carb or protein side during a workout. Any suggestions? What works best for you during a working?
I like the tatse of the Chocolate/coconut Whey Protein Isolate Cold-Filtration by TP. Would it make sense to sip on it through out the workout if afterwards I am gonna have a bit more for a post workout shake?
