I think overeating is your body telling you to back of to be honest, you dont want to hammer your digestive system like that , it could cause a host of issues. However we know as bodybuilders food intake needs to be relatively high, I have found the best way to increase appetite is to make your body DEMAND it, i am well over 4000 plus calories a day ALL clean and high fibre and im literally starving, this never used to be the case until i incorporated the following:-
1 - Added Cardio
2 - Green tea and ginger on empty stomach
3- ghrp 2/6
4 - higher volume workouts
5- cycling carbs
6 - fibre to keep your regular
7 - Do NOT use AAS that affects your appetite digestion, for me this is all orals and tren. so i keep away. I notice my appetite is the best on test.
Since doing the above my stomach is always flat and i feel like im 18 again with a bottomless pit of a stomach, im always hungry after 2-3 hrs previous meal.
