totally disagree.I will say what most do not want to hear - the body is a machine focused on survival, not building muscles or burning fat, so it will tell you what to do to maintain balance
If you eat "feeling" you will most likely be a skinyfatt or simply a fat man
we change the bodys ability to bujild muscle lose fat by adding drugs which change protein synthesis, fat burning, lower cortisol etc etc etc. the drugs is what also comes into play when "eating when hungry"
