Depends on your Blood pressure. If you are like me and your BP gets a little elevated while "on" no matter what precations(arimidex to keep water retention low) I take, I would say do not take it or use it sparingly.
Using it pre-workout will not hamper bulking IMO. Its using ot 3x day and keeping body in a high thermogenic condition that will
cause much more weight/fat loss. And I do think its muscle sparing to a degree as an anti-catabolic, much like clen.
I like takin it during cycle, though ya might wanna leave out the aspirin because its blood thinning properties dont go well with injections...but it does give ya some nice energy specially when your diet is strict, it was the only way i was able to go to 50 carbs and still function in the gym.
Currently on 1+g test and 800mg EQ/week. I use it before "most" workouts. It really helps keep the intensity up in workouts. I tend to get lethargic (not the best term to describe) when on - get winded real easy during workouts and ECA helps with this.
Drop the the A altogether. Daily use of asprin is a good way to fuck your thyroid. If you need a pre workout kicker EC should be fine. For focus and helping mentally centered then enter the world of nootropics. Consider me your nootropic guru
And dont be a knucklehead like that fat slob baseball player.
Get your vitals checked, bloodwork, resting heartrate, and blood pressure. EC is a useful tool, WHEN used responsibly.
