I'd definitely go with the QV, especially if it's OLD.

ENDO is TOP NOTCH I would highly recommend ENDO...very smooth, EO based, NO PAIN...can not say enough good things

BOTH are very good products. Both are accuratly dose. Both are BB and BA (Benzyl alcohol)free. Both painless. Many, many ppl will vouch for both products.

What do they use for solvents if there is no BA/BB?

they are ethyl oleate products. Even the prop is painless. This info is usually on their website/email too.
