I see people mentioning caffeine pills a lot. Just letting you know they don't contain all the same health benefits that black coffee does.

Some don't like coffee but to me this is a no brainer. But I suppose the convenience and of course the cost comes into the equation for many. I love my coffee though and as you stated many health benefits. I remember buying powdered caffeine years ago from my protein. That stuff is very dangerous in the wrong hands. One serving of 200mcg on the label was 1/16th of a tea spoon. How are you going to dose that accurately without a scale. I remember hiding it in a cupboard incase my dog got to it and that would be horrible. I heard a story from a mate about his mate misdosing caffeine powder and ending up in ER.

Ive read about the ashwagandha and I actually am taking a supp with it in there called cognitex by lifeextension. Any particular brand you're taking?

No brand in particular its pretty cheap. I use Jarrow or NOW I think.

ok, i did not know that..what were your OD symptoms? High bp and nausea?
