Ephedrine Pre-workout?

how much ephedrine (bronkaid) do you take pre-workout? ive only done 25mg with 200mg caffeine. do you guys notice a difference taking 50mg ephedrine with 200mg caff. pre-workout?

I take around 50mg with 400mg of Caffine..but my CNS is fried now after all these years of taking all these thermo products...

okay, so 50mg ephedrine is better with 200mg caffeine than 25mg? i think 50/400 might be too much for me

well are you not getting anything out of 25mg anymore ? You might just need to take a few days off or up the dose...Either way will get the effects going again...

I use to use 32mg (8mg tabs) and 200mg caffine only on leg day.I build a tolerance that way.Plus i need to bring my legs up

Here are a couple of things to consider:

How long have you used ephedrine ??, the longer you've been on the more it's gonna take to get the results you use to get when you first started.

Do you take in alot of caffeine daily ??

More is definitely not better with ephedrine, keep in mind that everyone is gonna have a different answer, it's gonna depend on your bodyfat level as well, the leaner you are the less you need (JMO). For me one bronkaid and one jet alert get me WIRED all day.

You guys using the ephedrine w/ guafensin are missing out. Pure, single ingredient ephedrine pwns that bronkaid vasopro crapola. 50 mgs of ephedrine, 200mgs caffeine and 50mgs aspirin was the standard dose in the 90's. Guys would use this combo 3x daily when dieting. However I've heard of some guys using extremely high doses 200mgs+ of ephedrine taken at once.

I used to use the eca stack in the 90s and loved it. But they took ephedrine off the market due to people making methamphetamine with it. Are you guys talking about the herbal form now or has it come off the banned list? I used to buy it when it was called minithins little white scored pills if i remember right.

This combo before fasted morning cardio has been great for fat loss:

20mg E
200mg C
500mg Green Tea Extract
100mg 7-Keto DHEA
300mg Relora
BCAAs intra-workout

Don't think I could handle much higher doses of E or C...

Not even close. That's what American Ephedrine distributors tell you on the phone cuz single ingedient ephedrine is illegal in some states. The guafenesin kills ephedrine's "kick". In addition it adds one extra step in the meth making process. The two compounds must be separated first which slows down production time. Single ingredient ephedrine is available outside the USA online. Try pure ephedrine hcl and you'll never use that bronkaid crap again.
