The EQ and testosterone molecules are almost identical, and we know they react with other things the same way (like the AR). They are not using an actual mass spectrometer on the isolated molecule of EQ in your blood, from everything I understand it should be very easy for that EQ to show up on bloodwork as testosterone. It would also still be in your system a bit after 30 days, AND the adex would be crushing E2 and stimulating some test production.
