Evening primrose oil?

Anyone else use it? I never would have but found a bottle of 300 softgels at 500mg each gel on clearance at a vitaminshoppe for like $4.00 so I picked it up. Doesnt expire till next month. Ive been using it about a month now at 3grams daily split in 3 doses. Back of the bottle says to use 500mg 3x per day but im using double that before it goes bad

Yes, I use it. It is said to help reduces inflammation and alleviates some forms of hormonal stress. It is a combination of "good" fatty acids. My former diet coach added to my supplements years ago because my nails were dry & brittle and my skin was dry it can help with this as well. I'm don't know all the benefits of it, but it has something to do with supplementing your body's "essential elements" which in turn helps with the immune system and building cells.

For women, it suppose to help with PMS. However, I know some guys that could use it for their PMS.
