Silly question...but does anyone know where you can find (on the net) a pin or attachment to hold extra plates/weights on a machines weight stack?
I have a friend who had one made...I did search the internet with no luck.

so you have to dissect and take apart the machine to load more weight?? just take a pin out of another machine and throw another 45lb plate on..or 2...

Of course I use machines, but I must add weight to them!! LOL. I did post a picture of what I call a "J" hook. It sits on top of the stack and allows you to put up to three 20kg (45'ers) on the stack. I'll see if i can find it and post it up again. Insanely simple but very effective. I have 4 of them in my gym and I have beefed up all my machines to account for overloading.
