Are these directly related? I roll with a wrestler who is 51 years old. He is extremely quick and explosive.. He cant bench or really do any more weight than many anywhere. WHY??? is it genetic or work out routine or the repetive motion of wrestling causing muscle memory?? I am a amateur mma guy and want to get better. I never feel as strong as the guys I fight with or roll with that are my weight... I am 35 tho.
