If I dont eat at least 4 x a day, I feel like crap during and after my training. Don't forget when you say that BB eat every 2-3 hours, your talking small meals. If you eat 3 large meals a day, I would think your taxing your digestive system as much as eating small meals every 3 hours. Plus the nutrients are utilized more effeciently with small meals.
