Fat Free Milk And The Over Weight

I was very bothered today. Went to the grocery store and couldnt find my fat free milk. asked the overweight stocker where it was and instead of telling me where it was, he decided to give me a 5 min lecture on why it wasnt good for me and it tastes like water blah blah, i had to to walk away from the bubbering idiot and ask a different sales associate before i was given a couple gallons from the back because they werent stocked yet. just a vent sorry. i have nothing against the overweight and the title doesnt seem fitting, i was just frustrated. aghh ok thats my rant

I think most on the board understand where your coming from. Most on the board take pretty goood care of ourselves and we've all been given diet advice from someone who shouldn't be giving it.

gotta love getting nutrition advise from an typical obese american! Btw im not being rude most americans are obese in my eyes.

The overweight don't bother me. It's there choice to be like that, and when they have tried to give me nutrition advice, I take it with a grain of salt. With forums like this, and the endless array of magazines, plus knowing pro and NPC competitors, Im set.

What I've always loved is when on the rare occasion when I've had to go to GNC (please don't make fun) LOL!!, I always love the 145lb worker asking me if HE can help ME. Then when I get the thing I need, he gives me a lecture on why it's not what I should be using, and this and this are so much better. I just nod, smile, and walk out.
