I kind of like the nick walker training style personally, and been incorporating it more into my lifting routines where I check the ego at the door, maybe lower the weight a little then overemphasize the slow, controlled reps with a massive stretch and a good contraction. Less risk of injury too, plus it just feels better. Feel like I'm getting more muscle activation and better pumps
That's also why his training style works for him now
