I have a pair of Elite FTS elbow sleeves but they are long and seriously obstruct the bicep and causes my are to fatigue quickly. If I fold them in half they work but are then to tight.

So I'm wondering what sleeves you guys prefer , I was looking at the Iron Rebel brand as the are shorter but wanted some other opinions

I have medial epicondylitis "Golfers Elbow" and it flairs up bad with any heavy pressing

I like mueller. But they are the long kind. So I take them off for curling and rowing movements .

Got the same ones, basic Muelller ones from Model's or any sporting good store. I don't need crazy support or give like I did in my powerlifting days, I just want some warmth over the joint. They work great for that.

I use mark bells strong cuffs and they work well for my lateral epicondylitis but they should work for golfers elbow as well. The iron rebel minis look great too

I got sbd sleeves, they're probably going to be on the long side as well if you didn't like the elite fts but easily the best quality sleeve Ive ever used.

Saw them on Shelby years ago. If it’s good enough for him then it’s good for me.

Somewhat off-topic, but have you tried tumeric and curcumin for your golfer's elbow? I feel that it has helped keep mine at bay.

I use gymreaper sleeves. Feel great and good price. Plus they come with wrist wraps as a bonus if you use them

I also use Mark Bell’s Strong Cuffs. I’m pretty happy with them…. “Golfers Elbow” is a bitch! I’m also dealing with it right now. I have been using icy hot on it before training along with the cuffs and it seems to be helping. I know for me….it will start to get better and then I will do something to flare it back up….lol:D
