Be honest about this one. Im just sort of curious how clean people are keeping their diets. What do you like to eat if you are going to cheat?? Ive been keeping my off-season diet way cleaner but at the same time keeping the caloric needs where they should be this time around and its paying huge returns thus far. So I ask what do you guys like to eat after your meals or in addition to your regular meals???
