In my mind when bulking or just plain not dieting nothing is better than processed sugar and in my mind M&Ms are the best candy out there!

I've heard rice with raisins, or so.e sort of dried fruit is a good glycogen replenishment meal/ carb for post w/o.

In fact , I've seen it more than once.

I also like Oatmeal with applesauce, or fresh fruit , apples, mashed banana, or even pineapple and walnuts is
Good,. Not too much on the nuts tho, as it will impede the uptake of the carb some.

interesting answers, I'm down with the rice krispy treats and the lucky charms... the more processed the better!! I'm speaking strictly for purposes of bulking, and generally not goal specific dieting.

I'm a Rice Krispie treats guy too or flavored rice cakes. The chocolate or caramel kind . If I'm at home I'll make some cream of rice with some sugar or honey. If its been while since eaten ill do all same stuff pre-workout too with a little peanut or almond butter to keep me from crashing

I typically eat kid's cereal post workout regardless of dieting or gaining. The quantity usually just changes. I love me some cereals lol.

1 Cup Oatmeal w/ some fruit (banana, blueberries, strawberries or pineapple)
I mix 40 grams whey with my oatmeal.

Right now doing 150 grams carbs from chocolate chip pancakes/waffles + 100 grams carbs from kids cereal

I finish working out right before lunch, so it's whatever I eat that day. Usually includes rice, potatoes, plantains and some natural fruit juice.

I'll eventually eat a bit of dulce de leche or guava paste with cheese. Ice cream on weekends.

Favourite would just be my fav carbs so things like kids cereal, haribo sweets, pineapple.

If bulking I don't see the harm in having lot's of cereal post workout such as rice krispies. Although over the week I would add in more traditional things like basmati rice, pasta and certain fruits.

Funny someone mentioned rice with raisins as that is something I have posted pics on here of. It's a great mix of carbs post workout. I also like to put dessicated coconut in the rice (with raisins/sultanas) for taste and texture.

One of my fav post workout meals is shrimp, basmati rice with raisins/coconut and some peppers all cooked in coconut oil.
