Good idea I got a bunch of venison I ground with beef fat . I'll just add a little chorizo and make a pattyMix chorizo and beef or venison half and half. Grill it up it with some avocado, pico, lettuce and peppers on top. Makes for a damn good southwest style burger with or with out a bun.

At a summer bbq....Meat cheese mustard...done ! ..oh and potato salad and deviled eggsThe classic one done right is pretty much all I care for.
