My guess is this: The town has pretty slim pickings. Apart from being close to Fort Dix and McGuire A.F.B., the town has 21,113 people living in one of the least populated areas of NJ. Where I am there are many times that. The commandment about coveting thy neighbor's wife gets in your face when there are only a few women around.
