For the first cycle or any cycle how much does the calories have to jump up. Presently taken roughly

300-350grams protein
200-250 grams of carbs
fat balance
about 3000 cals/day

Calories and protein are key for adding size.

this is realy an a personal thingevery one is differntBut assuming this your fiirst cycle and iam assuming mass I would bump up to around 5000 cals a day and shoot for between300-600g a day of protein with lots of complex carbs and good fats
