ok, this will be my first cycle. i'm 21 yo, 6'1'', 190-195 pounds. id say 14-18%bf and on strattera for adult add and alprazolam for anxiety everyday.im not going to lie and say ive worked out to my max for the past 3 years like i would like to but i have been in-in phases lasting as long as 9 months off and on for the past 3 years. i just get in there, do a m/w/f workout for proper recovery, eat properly and take in a shitload of protein every meal (whey shake kind). i quit all alcohol intake, and really try and see minimal results after 3-4 months and i just get down and give up. i think with aas and research ill see those results and grasp the self motivation i need to get in the gym with a positive attitude and maybe a little extra aggressiveness
... now that my body and my medicines are out there and you know a little bit about me i need your advice/help. i want to take test c for 10 weeks with eq until i run out (16 weeks maybe, more so 14 prob) at 300mg a week for test and 400mg/wk for eq. PCT is a little hazy because ive read about clomid and nolvadex and then about emotional distress from the two in the next article? would i need an EOD dosing schedule with the test or would twice/wk with eq be ok? plus, what would you guys with some experience do for pct or even with the test to keep body around "homeostasis".. thanks for the help in advance!
