first cycle, pct help please!

ok, this will be my first cycle. i'm 21 yo, 6'1'', 190-195 pounds. id say 14-18%bf and on strattera for adult add and alprazolam for anxiety everyday.im not going to lie and say ive worked out to my max for the past 3 years like i would like to but i have been in-in phases lasting as long as 9 months off and on for the past 3 years. i just get in there, do a m/w/f workout for proper recovery, eat properly and take in a shitload of protein every meal (whey shake kind). i quit all alcohol intake, and really try and see minimal results after 3-4 months and i just get down and give up. i think with aas and research ill see those results and grasp the self motivation i need to get in the gym with a positive attitude and maybe a little extra aggressiveness:D... now that my body and my medicines are out there and you know a little bit about me i need your advice/help. i want to take test c for 10 weeks with eq until i run out (16 weeks maybe, more so 14 prob) at 300mg a week for test and 400mg/wk for eq. PCT is a little hazy because ive read about clomid and nolvadex and then about emotional distress from the two in the next article? would i need an EOD dosing schedule with the test or would twice/wk with eq be ok? plus, what would you guys with some experience do for pct or even with the test to keep body around "homeostasis".. thanks for the help in advance!

Don't touch AAS until you have worked your ass off at the gym and done a shit load of research. You can have the answer to most of the questions youve asked within minutes of using the search button. I only say this because I was asking myself some of these same questions a few years back and the answers I got were..

*Get your BF to at least 10-12% BF
*Get at least 3-5 years of balls to the wall weight training experience
*Get your diet and macros down because its just as important if not more
important than AAS and training.

These are some of the things I was told repeatedly, and im glad I took their advice..

aside from that from what you wrote the two things that stand out to me is "self motivation" and "positive attitude" now..not to turn into some preacher bro but you don't need aas for these things you might need guidance and a good trainer, there are a couple of good ones here..

ya dude AAS dont make up for motivation, or lazyness your looking at them completely wrong. they are an aid to a good training regimen and nutrition plan.
 
I agree with Doom and Creation.
When you do get to a point when you can no longer make progress naturally, then you may want to think about something other than EQ. It can cause significant anxiety issues in some users. I would think you would be more prone to this than most.
My suggestion is to save probably 1/2 the amount you would spend on that cycle by hiring Phil Hernon and make even better progress.
 
i know when i get the cash ill hire phil in a heartbeat. but.... im in the prob 18% bf range, i was over 26% last december before i got my lazy ass back into the gym. (god my wedding pics looked bad...lol) and with low dose test in combo with gh i have been losing the bf at a good rate. it may not be for everyone, but it has been working well for me. also do a search on aromasin. seems to be the best for pct in other members opinions as well as raise igf, and test levels abit. i have this on hand for my first cycle. (i am a newie to aas, but with research and the good members here i have learned a whole hell of alot)

one more thing. diet is the key. i believe i have this dialed in, but only when i can hire phil, i will know for sure. good luck
