I have dieted many different ways, but the best and easiest diet I have ever used is one similar to Dan Duchaines Bodyopus book. Basically the way i do it is no carb all week.. then depending on how I feel.. i start carbs sat. sometime.. all the way till i go to bed sunday night maybe 11pm. Then wake up mon and start all over again. For me.. I feel great on this diet.. and i have no hunger pains which have always been a big prob.
My question is... I am thinking of running some Test at 500mg a week.
Currently I do not take anything but ECA stack. Being on a keto diet is it benefical to take Test or AAS? I have used AAS in the past when cutting, but never on a keto diet. I have been holding onto muscle good so far, but I am afraid once I get below 10% BF that I will start loosing muscle on my Keto diet. I also thought for the last 4 to 6 weeks to start running some T3 at no more than 50mcgs a day. I have run it before and it worked wonders, but I do not know if it will burn up to much muscle while being in keto? I also do not want my metabo to slow down.. so thats my understanding of the carb up over the weekend to try to hold onto muscle and trip the metabo up somewhat. I love my diet and getting great results so far.... what do you guys think???
