I have not posted this as it's a good video or provides anything insightful. It's actually cringeworthy and hard to watch. It's a shame such genetic gifts were given to such a dickhead. He has to be the most cocky bodybuilder I have ever seen or met. He probably has the most pleasing physique of all time but... well just watch the first few mins

What a freak. I loved those 90s bodybuilders. Favorite part of the video is when he is standing in front of the Benz/BMW with tupac playing LOL. Comes off as a massive douche though.

I actually meet him when I first starting out, about 18-19 years old
He took time to give me some advice and snapped a pic of us doing a front double bicep pose... He seemed like a good guy

Yeah but let's be fair...this video is old and he addressed his behavior long ago. The thing that matters is that he's a different person now! I met him about 5 or 6 years ago and he was a nice guy.

To be fair, he is in a sport that is primarily made up of narcissistic people. I don't know many narcissistic people who are enjoyable to be around, except myself of course

I was just watching a recent video of his the other day and he still has a bit of an abrasive personality. Seemed very perturbed by people thinking his arms were filled with oil.

Ive met FLEX a few times and he was always a very nice respectful man. He was a little cocky and arrogant years ago (but still a nice guy) and now hes a very nice humble guy. Awesome clip! Nostalgic!
