Hey guys, sorry for not being around as much... Life has been crazy.

Going to make a string effort to post more myself and my wife will also be on here (see avatar).

Still pretty rocky honestly. Liver is coming along, but complications with my GI system are not fun. Some days I get doubled over in pain with cramps and bloating.

BUT, I did talk my docs into allowing me to train four days per week and have been making the most of it. Pic on the left is right before surgery, pic on the right is about 10 days ago, close to 6 months post surgery...
