Flu sicknes

Anyone else gotten this yet?
last night i went to bed feeling fine, i woke up this morning feeling like shit, I MEAN HORRIBLE. Everything aches, my bones all over hurt like hell, i've been having head aches and congestion all throughout the day. I rarely ever get sick like this, so this is a complete shock to me, the only thing thats worked so far is taking TheraFlu, it has done the trick wonderfully. It makes me feel alot better. Just wondering if anyone has had this yet and what they did to overcome it. I sure hope its gone soon, My team LSU plays for the SEC championship tommorow night at 7 i invite everyone to watch as LSU becomes SEC champions.

happened to me tuesday. felt fine monday night, woke up tuesday morning then bam felt like my body was on fire. i toughed out for the most part, but the congestion is so bad that i went to the doc today to get medicine for it.

gainingmass, I got it too bro. it sucks. joints and bones ache so bad. feeling weak and tired. congested and coughing like crazy. have had it since monday morning. and my dumbass keeps working out. felt like my bones where gonna snap in the middle of lifts... probably not smart to lift while sick but i'm on cycle right now. needless to say they where terrible workouts.
hey, does it get worse for you guys who have it at night?
i keep thinking i'm getting better during the day then BAM, feel tired and weak and shaky when it starts getting late

I do believe VIT C is water soluble, so what your body does not need, it will piss out....therefore it is not toxic. But you need the max amount to help out your immune system you don't want to leave it short handed when you are sick.

Ok, i came down with it friday and i thought it was getting better but for some reason it has came back full force tonight. I took my thera flu again which helps some and put some vicks vapor rub on my throat in my nose and on my forehead. I get kinda short winded and every time i cough it hurts like hell, if it doesnt get better by monday im goin to see a doctor. Man this sucks
