My best gym days are those when my joints and muscles feel like they are holding a gallon of fluid.. I can lift heavy without any stress on my joints and i get the best muscle contractions and can lift heavier than normal... My best experience with this... Happened after my week prep for a photo shoot.. where i was totally dehydrated... So my body compensated following this by holding onto everything.. Is there any way to mimic this without drying out?? And i mean naturally... So don't say do deca, test, or anadrol... Is there a way to manipulate water and sodium? Or maybe a supplement..
I have days.. Here and there.. Where i feel really good.. But i can never pinpoint it to an exact science to get these results every workout...
