I've started my cut cycle and have cut calories including carbs. My workouts are fairly long and I'm runningout of gas. What is the best solution for this and I'm open for all remedies! Just trying to push through. I'm already using JYM pre-workout and it just isn't getting the job done.

I'm in the middle of a contest prep myself, and I'm using synthetine and syntheselen pre-workout and it makes a really big difference for me. I don't feel like I get nearly as fatigued as I used to in the past, and with the added benefit of not caffeinating myself like crazy.

I have to agree with you. Synthetine and Syntheselen can be game changers for sure.

I'm on 16 reps weeks 1&2 , 12 reps weeks 3&4, 8 reps weeks 5&6 and reevaluate.

That is what the guy that has been helping me has got me on. My previous programs had half this much and took me 60 - 75 mins.

Well I don't know anything about your "guy" but youre doing waaaaay too much.
