X2... I hate it!!!Tuna. And I'd bet its the #1 answer on here. Cheap, and great protein for us, but ohh the taste. Prob the reason its good for you and CHEAP.
I think the way you prepare the food is the key. A barbequed plain chicken breast tastes far better than one pan fried. Oatmeal ground into a shake is obviously more tolerable than cooking and forcing it down that way.
