I have been eating eggs for breakfast with a piece of 15 grain toast with almond butter on it. I train 45 minutes later then have a protein shake right after. Then about 3 hours after I have about 8-12ounce of tilapia and maybe some brown rice depending on my day. 3 hours later another shake. 3 hours later 6-10 ounces of boneless/skinless chicken breast and maybe some broccoli.
This has been my diet for 12 weeks now. In that 12 weeks I have lost over 40lbs. While putting an inch and a half on my arms.
I keep reading how food is the most anabolic thing you can put in your system. Would it be better to swap that second shake with fish or chicken totaling the same amount of protein?
I am sure this is a newb question but I am needing a change after 12 weeks I am needing a change.
